Life is short. We sometimes get so busy in our own world that we forget to take the time to call our friends. Today I got to talk to a friend as if she was sitting right next to me. We talked about anything we wanted and everything we wanted. I have a lot of friends~just not in the greater Lansing area (I will help anyone house/apartment/condo shop that wants to move closer to me....I'll even baby sit). And Because most my friends live miles away I feel like we're not as close.
It was nice to realize today that I am still close to my friends ~ good friends will always be there. I just need to take time to call them, and not between schools, or on my way to an appointment, I need to take the time to just call.

You are one of the best friends a person could ever have. It is a blessing to have you as a friend. I am sure everyone reading this feels this way. You ALWAYS take the time and make the time for a friend. Lucky us.

Oh and by the way, you had better take the babysitting offer off of the table because a few of your friends would take you up on THAT OFFER in two minutes! And I know that their are direct flights to Detroit!

New life, new friends....
Good friends will always be there, however, it's nice to know that the other person is still a friend though. It takes two to maintain a friendship.....
