Our trip to Omaha was AMAZING! The Weiss family made us feel so at home. We had numerous good times from cleaning out appliances, College World Series, Sullivan's, Kahlua Cake, Bon-fire, the Omaha Zoo, hanging at the house, enjoying the best cheese soup EVER, a Quilt museum, Sonic, to making Craig Kabobs for his 32nd birthday. We don't have a lot of photos of Craig because he was working extra hours due to a tragedy in North Carolina at the Slim-Jim plant that is a part of Con-Agra, hopefully our next visit we can spend more time with Craig as well!
We were busy non-stop, and the week flew by! I had a wonderful time getting to spend time not only with Julianne, and her and Craig's wonderful girls as well!!! We miss you Olivia, Gwyn, and Maggie!!!
A photo of all the kids playing on the floor, the Weiss girls did such a good job taking care of Jack!
Dave was awesome and let the girls put their make-up on him at the house while Jack and Margaret were taking a nap. He will be a good girl daddy someday if it all works out in the future (no I am not pregnant).

Dave, Olivia, and Gwyn on the Ferris wheel inside the sporting goods store. Who knew it was a super fast Ferris wheel! Well, I guess Olivia and Gwyn did!!!

Juli and I drank a bottle of Pomegranate Wine and we changed her white dishwasher to a black and white dishwasher, while cleaning under it and removing crumbs.
THE now GHETTO dishwasher.
Juli's reaction when seeing what was in her washing machine filter. Who knew you were supposed to clean it. Well, google told us so to clean it out. So we grabbed a couple glasses of wine and then we decided to be repair people and saved them a $150 service call! While also getting a good laugh or two in!

We went to a quilt museum in Lincoln and it was wonderful. We couldn't take photos inside of the quilts due to light sensitivity and all that. So the one is of David wearing all his U of M stuff in Cornhusker land, with Jack happy as can be on his shoulders.
Olivia and Gwyneth took turn pushing Jack and Margaret around. Here is a photo from an art structure outside the quilt museum.
Photos at the house on relax day.... Dave mowed the lawn while I took photos.

Jack needs food after watching all the animals eating at the zoo. It was hard work traveling around the zoo!

Mr. Sloth at the zoo. He decided to wake up for the Michigan visitors!
Jack and Maggie on their possible first date, Maggie eyebrows show her concern, and Jack... well he wonders why he's dating at 8 months!

The serious trucker, Jack Peyton!
We stopped at the I-80 truck stop on our way out to Omaha at 6am, and again on our way back to Michigan. On the return to MI trip we threw the shirt on Jack that Uncle Ollie and Aunt Joelle got him, priceless right?
Julianne and I after a girls night out. It has been a while since I have had a girls night out, so thank-you Julianne. It was great spending time with some of your friends while breaking bread, eating cheese, and dipping desserts into chocolate!

Like I said our trip was amazing, I had such a great time and I hope that we will be invited back in the future! We love you Weiss family!

We miss you Fletchers! It was a wonderful visit! We can't wait until you come back! Tell Jack not to worry, Maggie likes to flex her eyebrows. It is a magical power. The girls had fun looking at the pictures on your blog. I will update mine with your visit probably today. I love you.
Robyn, you did such a nice job with the photos! You brought tears to my eyes with that close-up of Olivia. I am glad you finally got to make that long drive to Omaha. It looks like Juli took advantage of your cleaning skills! I know you all had fun. Don't feel bad, Craig ALWAYS leaves town when we come to visit. Hmmm... Love you, Denise
