Omaha

I am not exactly sure what I thought Omaha would be like... I thought that I would be in the middle of a cornfield with nothing to do. A LOT like CMU. I also thought that I was going to a foreign country... don't ask me why I thought that Omaha would be like a foreign country... but I did. I was surprised that Omaha had the same restaurants and stores. Downtown Omaha was a lot like Old Port in Portland Maine... without the smell of the ocean/fish.

It was a great visit... even if I had to get up at 7:23 every morning on my vacation. Juli and Craig have a wonderful home and beautiful daughters. I took a couple pictures of them... but not Juli or Craig. Sorry guys... send me some pictures so I can put them on my blog.

Dave wasn't able to make the trip out with me... and I missed him and wished that he could hang out talking about the wedding or whatever with Craig, Juli, and me. Hopefully next time he can make the visit. Juli and I were able to get ideas for the wedding invitations... and we think they show personality and spunk... without being tacky (like Punky-Brewster!!!). Is that possible?

Aren't the girls the cutest? Look I got a picture of Gwyneth before she ripped out her hair-do! And I got a picture of Miss Olivia "decorating" the stairs!

It was so great having you here. I wish we all lived closer. Omaha is the unspoken gem in the middle of the midwest. No joke! We are so glad you liked it!
miss you and love you, Julianne
PS. Yes, my kids ARE the cutest!

As soon as Omaha can add the sweet smell of fish to its town you can compete with Portland!
