Okay, so maybe nobody will find this funny but Juli (because she was in DRAMA/MUSICALS)and I (Because he was a swimmer)but in case you find humor in little things here goes.
I was driving home from Highfields today, another great day there thanks for asking. And I am getting ready to pass a Cadillac, but then I notice the name plate. JVITALE. What's the chances that there is another JVITALE in the world? (JVITALE stands for JoeVitale-and he sells real estate in the Lansing area) so I quickly grab my cell phone, thank god someone thought about putting cameras into phones! I try to take a picture and he exits. What do I do!?!?!?! Yes that's right boys and girls I follow him into the rest area. I park a good stalking distance away from him, and giggle only more when the one and only Joe steps out of the car. I am not sure if he was paranoid, or just me, because he kept looking around and I kept pretending that I was talking on the phone.
He goes inside and I pull up behind him... I take a picture of the plate and zoom off. So very proud of myself I close the phone beaming from ear to ear. I still don't know why I thought this was funny, but I did. Then I get home to put the picture on the BLOG... and I didn't save it. Obviously I don't use my camera enough... I never until this moment thought a camera on a phone was needed.
So all you Harper Creekers wondering how Joe's doing? I'd say good. He drives a Cadallic like a grandma (remember i was passing him when I noticed the plate) and has a full functioning bladder.

Thats something I would do but my luck i would have neen caught taking the picture.
And yes he was definetly one of the most intersting people at harper ..to say the least.

HAHA!! Good timing! I wish the picture would have turned out! What was he doing at a rest area? Nobody goes to rest area's to pee. That is so George Micheal circa 1985..hmmm... Was it a cool new aero dynamic caddy or a grandpa caddy? There is a difference! Thanks for the good story. I babysat him one time! Kim used to babysit for them too! Well mostly the little brother but he was there too. All trying to be big and stuff!

YIKES!! Seriously, we did not just denigrate George Michael's contributions to our society!! Anyway, it was early 21st century, not 1985?! Julie, can't wait to see the Weisses (what is the plural of Weiss?) in a couple of months.
Bucnasty, Hey babe! No, not his contributions to society (both legal and illegal!)...more like what happens when you get a lot of money really quickly. Like winning the power ball. Have you ever watched a Where Are They Now show on those folks? They all got caddy's with personalized plates...then the downhill spiral hit. Much like George Michael's sudden rises and falls of fame. Maybe a vague not entirely on track reference. But the guy can rock! So don't lose any sleep. From 1981's Wham to 1987's solo album Faith the guy hasn't done too bad. But you know darn well at one point he was rolling in a caddy with the plate hotguy1 on it! That's all I'm saying!
We can't wait to see you at the nuptials either! Here's to June 30th!
