Busy doing what?

That's what I am wondering about my past few weeks. I feel like I have been so busy, nut not a lot has gotten done/finished. I am still working on two wedding quilts (from weddings that occurred a year or two ago) that I need to finish soon (almost done)!!! I wear my splint a lot when I get home from school, so there goes a lot of my time. I am also tired. It's like the first few weeks of school all over again because having three months off is like have a summer vacation (time wise not fun wise).

Since the last post it's been hockey, hockey, hockey. Starting with Brenden’s final game of the season. He got to play at Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo with the score board and full ice, usually his age group only skates the widths of the rink not the whole entire rink so it was more challenging for them all.

Ollie and Brenden at Becky and Geoff's House Post Game. Ollie and Joelle missed the hockey game because they had a flat tire in Indiana :(
Kylie wanted to read... and what's better then 'Twas the night before Christmas...in March

Then two weeks ago Dave won Hockey tickets to the CCHA (college hockey) semi-quarter finals. We took Becky and Geoff and our seats were really good. They were six rows up from the boards and right behind the goalie. I liked the seats because we had a great view of the goals being scored and shots on goal.

Becky and Geoff. It's both of their birthdays this week. Becky was 3/20, and Geoff is 3/25. Happy Birthday!!! Don't worry I won't tell your ages!!!

Becky and me at MSU watching the Northern Michigan MSU quarter final game in East Lansing.

This is how close we were!!!! It was exciting.

Dave eating stale stadium popcorn. Oh yeah... he also cut his beard and hair after this photo (not at the game but the same weekend!!!) YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!!!

Then last week Dave won tickets to the CCHA Semi-finals at the Joe. It was a ton of fun!!! Both games were close and exciting, one going into over time the other staying close until the last 5 minutes in the third, the drive home was also exciting. Thanks to the snow storm our usual 1 1/4 hour drive took us just shy of three hours. I fell asleep while Dave did all the hard work.

Then it was Easter weekend and that weekend is never long enough, as soon as you get together with family it's time to leave and back home and to work.
