My weigh-in
So I am a newcomer to the art of weighing in. Juli the master has only begun to teach me the secrets to a successful weigh in. Like: At your 1st weigh-in make sure you wear your winter coat full of rocks to add pounds, and don’t forget to put everything you can into your purse-hold that while you step onto the scale, and shoes-make sure you find your heaviest pair. Then your 2nd weigh-in... wear your swimsuit. She tells me this 4 days AFTER I start my diet. So like an ass at the beginning of my diet I step up to the scale butt naked. Thinking “I want to know the truth”. I won’t lie… the truth stung. But today I stepped on the scale and it was 6.5 pounds lighter!!! And it’s only been a week. I don’t have a weight “goal” but I have a pair of pants that I have held onto and often think “some-day" and I am a little closer this week then last. Dave has also done an outstanding job in the dieting area. He did better then me- but I'm not bitter because I am happy with my new weight. Dave lost 9 lbs this week-I didn't ask him what he wears to weigh in-maybe he and Juli talked before his 1st weigh in. For those of you who don’t read Juli’s blog… she lost 9 lbs in one week---YEAH JULI--- and I hear that Craig has lost 11 since he started his dieting. Way to go CRAIG!!!! Anyone else?

You rock Robyn! And the heavy weigh in trick only works once after that it is up to you. That is when the real truth shows up. You have already had the real truth show up with your 6.5lbs! Yeah for you! Good job to you too Dave! Men have a faster metabolism than women so don't get to angry with him! You are a good team.
love, J
