Rivermouth- Tahquamenon Falls State Park Our Fishing Spot!"Love doesn't make the world go 'round. Love is what makes the trip worthwhile." Franklin P. Adams (1881-1960). On our honeymoon I got a magnet with a picture and this quote on it in Petosky. I felt that it was a perfect honeymoon reminder.
Tahquamenon Falls - Lower falls. This picture was taken above the falls on the river. Above the falls you can go into the river and play~enjoy~relax!
Dave and I at the Upper Falls. This picture was taken near the falls. To get to this point you had to walk down 160 steps (or something like that). Once you were done the steps back up we just as fun!
These pictures were taken at the lower falls on a Sunday evening without anyone else around. It was as if we were the only one's there. It was PERFECT!!!

We went to Oswald's Bear Farm. This Farm has 27 bears. Some are Bears people bought as pets and could no longer take care of. Some are Bears that have been rescued and saved. It's in Newberry and was very educational and interesting. the picture of the solo bear... he's eating an apple.
Can you really go to the U.P. and NOT take this picture? It's the 50th Birthday this year for the bridge~ Happy Birthday Little Mac!!
We Camped at Rivermouth Campground. It's where Whitefish Bay is located. At rivermouth we heard it was good fishing because it's where the river from the Tahquamenon Falls and Lake Superior meet. As you can see we didn't catch much!
We got a lot of our picture using the timer on our camera... I couple time's I didn't set the timer long enough. As seen here... we are in Petosky and I am running across the road to have my picture taken with Dave. It's a little funny!!!Our Honeymoon was perfect and relaxing. It was almost hard to come home. Okay---- off to clean the house!

Love the photos of the falls! I've been there! I was going to ask you if you took a photographer with you on your honeymoon. How nice to have photos of you together! Keep that honeymoon feeling as long as you can:) Love you!

Dave you look hot! I love that picture of you and your huge fish! And I too wondered if you kept your photographer with you on your honeymoon. That might be weird! So I love that picture of Robyn running to get in the shot!
