Thanks Julianne!!!

With all my time off work, and finally the staples out, I feel like doing more. So I have been cleaning and organizing our house (YEAH! I have not broken my New Year's Resolution yet). The house it looking better and my quilt room looks phenomenal!!!

So this process includes a lot of dusting. And yesterday while dusting I remembered a conversation that Juli and I had... she was talking me me on the phone and explaining to her girls what dusting was. She was explaining this because Olivia was asking a lot of questions and Juli told me "the girls didn't see dusting a lot". Not that most people dust a lot, and our house being dusty didn't remind me of Julianne....It was the conversations she had. It was humerous listening to Julianne laughing while telling Olivia that she was dusting and then answereing all the why questions about dusting that followed.

Yesterday as I am dusting I start thinking about this conversation she and Olivia had over a year ago and how I should dust my house more, and how everyone probably thinks they should dust more. Then my thoughts switched a little to our furnace filter (it collects dust). I haven't changed it since Julianne's furnace went out (twice I think) because her filter was dirty (like a year ago). So last night Dave went to the store and got a filter so that we can still have heat. THANKS JULIANNE!!!! Not only did you make me smile yesterday.... but by the looks of our dirty filter we would have lost heat in minutes if we didn't change it!!!!!

I'm glad I could help! One time my Dad was flossing his teeth and Olivia said "Grandpa what are you doing?". He yelled out "Julianne, why doesn't Olivia know what flossing is?". There are too many things to teach them and not enough time in the day. She does know how to make chocolate chip cookies and write her letters. And yes, you need to change your filter! I just did it last week and as a result we are toasty warm!
love you and your dust! Julianne
