It's been a while since I last posted. So I apologize to those of you that read (and don't post comments) and have called to say that I haven't posted anything lately. I tried to think back over the past few weeks and Dave and I have not been up to much. I started working at Heartwood for the summer starting July 21st.... and I love it!!! I am in the pool 20 hours a week teaching swim lessons and I get to laugh all day long!
On the 27th of July Julianne and Denise threw me and the baby an awesome baby shower. It's a little early but Juli won't be in Michigan again for a LONG TIME :( Anyway, The shower was awesome and I had so much fun with everyone that was able to make it. I realized at the shower how many people are excited about the arrival of little baby Fle

tcher and how much I have to learn. I added one of the only profile pictures taken of me so far while being pregnant... I am at the shower making my vegetarian meat taco!!!! Just so everyone who was concerned at the shower...I changed a diaper at Heartwood today in preparation for the baby.... I was lucky because I didn't have to change a poopy diaper. So I got a little experience today. Two diapers changed in my lifetime.... two million more to do!!!
I have been asked to post a picture of me pregnant... I will have Dave take more photos of me pregnant. Dad took this after the shower outside their house. I have gotten much larger since then, it's amazing how big one can grow in two weeks!. I will have another picture taken soon (with a profile) so everyone can say "she's so big and still has 8 weeks to go!!!

A couple days after the shower Julianne and the girls came up to visit. I had a lot of fun, and got an excuse to buy an Oreo cake. Olivia helped out with putting baby clothes away in the dresser while Gwyn played in the bassinet. When Dave came home Gwyn lovingly called him "Robyn's baby's daddy". And I heard she called him that a couples days later too.
Since then Dave and I have been working on our basement. I guess I am starting to nest because I want everything done~ meaning cleaned and organized~so when the baby is here.... we can focus on other things!
David, Dad, and I are off to Gladwin tomorrow to fish, relax, and spend time with Aunt Maxine! I think we are all looking forward to a couple days away without having much to do.

Hey Mama! I wish so bad I could have been at your shower. I was thinking about you as I drank a pint of Guinness in Ireland :-) Seriously, I miss you a lot & can't wait to see you, Dave & baby Fletcher!
I love you! Kim
I thought about you at the shower... thanks for the gift! I miss you too! I hope that you had a great time in Ireland and England.
