This past weekend was busy!!! Each week I get a little bigger and this past weekend we decided to go to Saugatuck to shop before meeting Dave's family in South Haven for Lisa's birthday. I had a lot of fun, but Monday I was a slug. I couldn't move very fast, nor did I want to move. I literally felt drained. I even went to the gym to swim for a little bit thinking that would give me energy... it didn't! When David and I were in Saugatuck we went shopping for a painting. We found two oil paintings that we purchased and walked probably 4 miles in and out of shops up and down all the roads. We got to South Haven about 4:00, sat an hour and then the family arrived.... and we began shopping again. Not so much walking this time, but at least a mile or so total for the evening. We went to dinner at a good pizza place because we got tired of waiting for a seat and food at Clementines. Our pizza got

messed up twice so Katie and I both got a free pizza... they put meat on our sides of the pizza! After dinner (we missed the sunset) we walked along the beach and walked on the pier. I have never been on the pier after dark so it was a new experience for me.

Fist picture is (left to right) Damary, Rob, Becky, Brian, Sam, Katie, Lisa, and Dave. Next picture is Lisa with all but one of her children on the beach, Katie, Becky, Lisa, and David (Rob was wandering off somewhere). And the last picture shows how cold it got in South Haven. Becky and Brian turned Blue! Just kidding I was playing with the camera and settings and this one was interesting to say the least.
On Saturday my feet hurt pretty bad... I guess the whole edema thing kicked in (who knew that pregnant women are really supposed to elevate their feet!). Anyway my mom and I decided to look for sandals, and my feet were so swollen that I had to try on sandals that were two sizes bigger then what I normally wear. So I didn't purchase any, and today my feet are back to normal size so maybe I'll go look for some comfortable sandals this week. Today Becky, Geoff, Brenden, and Kylie are coming up to hang out and go to Lake Lansing. It's a great lake because it stays about 2 feet deep until 20 feet off shore! It's the best place for kids that can't swim perfect yet!
